Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Answer phones and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic enquiries
  • Oversee report preparation
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain manual and digital filing systems
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Send invoices and receive customer payments
  • Provide customer service

Working Conditions:

  • Requires use of: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, SharePoint, accounting software, electronic mail
