Responsibilities:
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Conduct research and perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer technologies
