Qualifications Needed:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Will train; no prior experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Address electronic inquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems.
