As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for managing communications and administrative tasks within the office. Your role will involve handling inquiries, preparing invoices, and managing bank deposits.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
- Send and receive messages and correspondence
- Prepare invoices and handle bank deposits
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 5 years or more in an administrative role
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
