Job Overview:
As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for managing communications and administrative tasks within the office. Your role will involve handling inquiries, preparing invoices, and managing bank deposits.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
  • Send and receive messages and correspondence
  • Prepare invoices and handle bank deposits

Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 5 years or more in an administrative role
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
