Required Qualifications:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year; Licensed practical/vocational nurse training (LPN, LVN, RPN, Cert., Dipl., AAS)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage nursing and medical services for homecare patients
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with care standards and protocols
- Develop and implement care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and families
- Oversee patient assessments and medical documentation
