Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the medical office.
  • Interview patients to obtain accurate case histories and initiate confidential medical files.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Complete insurance and other medical claim forms.
  • Maintain a structured filing system and handle regular and electronic mail.
  • Order office and medical supplies while maintaining inventory levels.
  • Perform data entry and provide professional customer service to patients.
