Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the medical office.
- Interview patients to obtain accurate case histories and initiate confidential medical files.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Enter and format electronically based medical reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Complete insurance and other medical claim forms.
- Maintain a structured filing system and handle regular and electronic mail.
- Order office and medical supplies while maintaining inventory levels.
- Perform data entry and provide professional customer service to patients.
