Job Details:

  • Location: Markham, ON
  • Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
  • Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning)

Qualifications Necessary:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems.
  • Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems.
  • Plan and manage projects, preparing material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.

Credentials:

  • AutoCAD Certification
  • SOLIDWORKS Certification

Experience and Specialization:
Candidates should have knowledge of computer and technology, including:

  • SolidWorks software
  • AutoCAD
  • MS Windows
  • Business diagram software
  • Data analysis software
  • Database software
  • Image editing software
  • MS Office (including MS Excel)

Work Conditions:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. The environment is fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
