Job Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at YESA, you will be responsible for analyzing market research data, developing marketing strategies, and directing promotional events to enhance business development. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping our marketing efforts and driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market research data to inform business decisions
- Assist in product development and public relations initiatives
- Develop and coordinate events for publicity and fundraising
- Direct marketing strategies and establish distribution networks for products and services
- Evaluate existing marketing strategies and implement effective communication programs
- Publicize activities, workshops, and events to promote services
- Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns to boost sales
- Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a marketing role
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office
Personal Suitability:
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
