Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Developing promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Hiring, training, directing, and motivating marketing staff.
- Managing contracts related to marketing initiatives.
- Marketing business services and planning budgets and expenditures.
- Writing and editing press releases, newsletters, and communication materials.
- Directing and evaluating teams that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
- Maintaining media relations and publicizing activities and events.
- Planning, directing, and evaluating advertising campaigns to promote products and services.
- Advising clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies.
- Coordinating special publicity events and promotions.
- Conducting public opinion and attitude surveys to gauge market response.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple projects.
