Salary: $32.50 to $35.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies and programs.
- Providing consultation on planning and launching new businesses.
- Conducting comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
- Advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
- Assisting in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Conducting public opinion and attitude surveys to gather valuable insights.
- Preparing and delivering educational, publicity, and information programs.
- Conducting analytical marketing studies and assessing local, regional, or international trends.
- Developing a portfolio of marketing materials and conducting online promotions.
Qualifications
Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a marketing or communications role.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), InDesign, and database management.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Client-focused with a collaborative team player attitude.
Additional Information
- A criminal record check is required.
- Overtime may be required based on project needs.
