Qualifications Required:

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit and train staff
- Set staff schedules and supervise
- Implement operational procedures
- Enforce liquor legislation and health regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients
- Address customer complaints
- Provide customer service
- Manage events and assign duties
- Supervise 11–15 people
