Qualifications Required:
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years or more
- Certificates: Machinist Trade Certification
Job Responsibilities:
- Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
- Repair machine tools and parts
- Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
- Verify dimensions of parts and products using precision measuring instruments
- Set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools
Working Conditions:
