Education Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
Experience Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Work Environment:
- On-site work only, no remote options
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Coordinate traffic flow of supplies and manage logistics operations
- Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
- Assign and review work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations
- Follow up on issues with work orders and keep track of shipments
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory, prepare purchase orders, and monitor inventory levels
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
