Job Details:
- Location: 410 Giles Boulevard East, Windsor, ON, N9A 4C6
- Salary: $25.00 to $32.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
- Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time
- Hours of Work: 09:00 to 17:00
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: Experience in the field is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain filing system
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Use real estate software packages
- Prepare wills, real estate transactions, and other legal documents, court reports, and affidavits
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in computer and technology applications, including:
- PCLaw in the Cloud
- MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- WordPerfect
- Word processing software
