🧠 Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in law
  • Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
  • License: Must be a member of a provincial or territorial law society

📚 Responsibilities

  • Perform legal administrative tasks
  • Represent clients in court, tribunals, and boards
  • Draft legal documents and legal opinions
  • Negotiate civil dispute settlements
  • Conduct law workshops and public seminars
  • Research legal precedents and gather evidence
  • Provide consultation and public legal education
