Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP certificate or diploma (3 months – < 1 year) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 7 months – < 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- Hire, supervise, and schedule landscape staff
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance; organize planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
- Read blueprints and drawings; estimate labour and material requirements
- Schedule work, maintain logs and work records
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor environment; year-round field supervision
- Combination of standing, walking, and occasional manual tasks
