Job Details:
- Location: Scarborough, ON
- Salary: $27.00 to $46.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
- Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time
- Hours of Work: 35 to 44 hours per week; Day, Weekend, Early Morning, and Morning shifts
- Start Date: May 13, 2025

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate
- Experience: 5 years or more
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance
- Organize and direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
- Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
- Maintain work records and logs
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Repair and maintain equipment
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers
- Establish work schedules and procedures
Supervision:
- Supervise 1 to 10 people, depending on the project
Credentials:
- Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) certification
- Experience with various equipment, including backhoe, chain saw, forklift, front-end loader, and more
Work Conditions:
- Work environment is outdoors, potentially dangerous, at heights, and hot
- Requires handling heavy loads and physical demands, including standing for extended periods and manual dexterity
