Job Overview:
As a Kitchen Manager at Sukho Thai, you will oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and service meet our quality standards. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff in food preparation and portioning
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules for kitchen staff

Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a kitchen management role
