Qualifications Required

Job Responsibilities
- Bring clean dishes, flatware, and items to serving areas and set tables
- Carry and replace linen
- Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
- Load buspans and trays
- Operate dishwashers
- Place dishes in storage areas
- Wash dishes and items by hand
- Scour pots and pans
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs using manual and electrical appliances
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sharpen kitchen knives
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
