About Kostas Greek Bakery

Key Responsibilities
As a Baker, your primary duties will include:
- Preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Preparing special orders as requested by customers.
- Frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods to enhance their presentation.
- Ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Inspecting kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Operating baking machinery and equipment efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in baking.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
