- Salary: $6,000 monthly / 40 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Work in a help desk and consulting environment providing technical support
- Support IT infrastructure and service delivery
- Manage device drivers and use word processing software, MS Office, MS Windows, MS Active Directory, and MS Outlook
Credentials:
- Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses:
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification
- A+ Certification
Experience and Specialization:
- Area of Work Experience: Information technology (IT) service delivery
- Area of Specialization: Technical support
Additional Information:
