Key Responsibilities
As an Inventory Control Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Preparing and submitting reports related to inventory and logistics.
- Resolving work problems and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training workers in their duties and company policies, and organizing additional training as needed.
- Conducting performance reviews and supervising a team of 5-10 people.
- Requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Organizing and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Establishing work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing the operational logistics of the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in inventory control or logistics management.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A reliable team player with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
Additional Information
- A basic security clearance may be required.
