Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems
- Assist users with hardware, software, and network issues
- Learn and apply IT support procedures and tools
- Document issues and solutions for future reference
