Qualifications:
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer access to information/privacy policy procedures
- Resolve internal conflict situations
- Perform data entry and evaluate administrative procedures
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Oversee budgets, contracts, and project planning
- Lead administrative functions: HR, finance, purchasing, records, etc.
- Coordinate office services (equipment, relocation, supplies, parking, etc.)
- Prepare budgets, reports, manuals, and correspondence
