Job Details:

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a human resources role
Responsibilities:
- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Assign projects to subordinates related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
- Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational goals
- Direct and motivate staff while evaluating daily operations
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs
- Review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations
- Train staff and establish policies and procedures
- Mediate labor disputes and grievances
- Oversee classification and rating of occupations
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
- Administer employment equity and other HR programs
- Manage contracts and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
- Oversee employee data analysis and recommend changes
- Develop communication strategies and prepare reports
- Advise senior management and respond to employee questions and complaints
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, overseeing payroll administration
