Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies, recruitment strategies, and training programs.
  • Coordinate HR department activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Advise staff and management on policy interpretation, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Oversee payroll administration, employee data analysis, and the preparation of reports.
  • Manage contracts, employee performance appraisal programs, and labor relations.
  • Direct daily operations and supervise a team of 11–15 people.
  • Propose improvements to systems and procedures to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.

Working Conditions:
