Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies, recruitment strategies, and training programs.
- Coordinate HR department activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Advise staff and management on policy interpretation, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Oversee payroll administration, employee data analysis, and the preparation of reports.
- Manage contracts, employee performance appraisal programs, and labor relations.
- Direct daily operations and supervise a team of 11–15 people.
- Propose improvements to systems and procedures to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.
