Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services or related field
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct staff
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and programs
- Review HR projects for legal compliance
- Train staff
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, benefits, and collective agreements
- Coordinate performance and appraisal programs
- Manage training and development strategies
- Analyze employee data and information
- Advise senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Recruit and hire staff
