Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Fields: Business Administration, Human Resources Management
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Assign and coordinate HR projects
  • Direct and motivate HR staff
  • Develop and evaluate HR policies and programs
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Advise on HR policies, benefits, and agreements
  • Mediate disputes and manage recruitment strategies
  • Conduct job classification and salary research
  • Oversee performance appraisals and training strategies
  • Analyze employee data and recommend improvements
  • Develop communication strategies and advise senior management
  • Respond to employee concerns and supervise staff
  • Liaise with unions and negotiate agreements
  • Conduct performance reviews and propose system improvements
