Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fields: Business Administration, Human Resources Management
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Assign and coordinate HR projects
- Direct and motivate HR staff
- Develop and evaluate HR policies and programs
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Advise on HR policies, benefits, and agreements
- Mediate disputes and manage recruitment strategies
- Conduct job classification and salary research
- Oversee performance appraisals and training strategies
- Analyze employee data and recommend improvements
- Develop communication strategies and advise senior management
- Respond to employee concerns and supervise staff
- Liaise with unions and negotiate agreements
- Conduct performance reviews and propose system improvements
