Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR department activities to meet company goals
- Arrange and manage seminars, conferences, and meetings
- Support grievance procedures and staff consultation
- Plan recruitment, training, and development strategies
- Oversee daily operations, payroll administration, and contracts
- Maintain digital databases and filing systems
- Liaise with management, unions, and HR consultants
- Handle customer service, communication strategies, and marketing coordination
- Conduct research, compile data, prepare reports
- Supervise staff and volunteers
Working Conditions:
- Work must be completed at the physical office in Oakville
- No remote work option
