Job Details:

- Salary: $17.20 bi-weekly / 30 to 37.5 hours per week + 0.5% commission per load (minimum wage guaranteed)

Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
- Register guests and assign rooms
- Manage room reservations
- Provide hotel and local area information
- Process departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- Balance cash and complete related reports
- Maintain inventory of vacancies and reservations
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Perform clerical duties (faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning
- Provide customer service
