Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years; ability to read blueprints and drawings
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance workers and facility projects
- Train staff or arrange for employee training programs
- Lead, instruct, and direct maintenance personnel
Working Conditions:
- On-site supervisory role in a hospitality environment requiring physical oversight and instruction
Personal Suitability:
- Strong leadership skills, instructional ability, and supervisory competence
