Job Details
- Location: Southampton, ON
- Salary: $3,000 to $4,000 monthly (To be negotiated)

- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week; Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning shifts

Qualifications Necessary
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role or related field
- Languages: English
Responsibilities of the Job
- Establish work schedules and procedures for the hotel staff
- Perform the same duties as workers supervised
- Prepare and submit reports on operations
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Coordinate, assign, and review work for the team
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Credentials
- Certificates, Licences, Memberships:
- Front Desk Agent Certification
- Reservation Sales Agent Certification
- Tour Director Certification
