Job Details

  • Location: Southampton, ON
  • Salary: $3,000 to $4,000 monthly (To be negotiated)
  • Type of Employment: Permanent employment; Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week; Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning shifts
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Necessary

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role or related field
  • Languages: English

Responsibilities of the Job

  • Establish work schedules and procedures for the hotel staff
  • Perform the same duties as workers supervised
  • Prepare and submit reports on operations
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work for the team
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed

Credentials

  • Certificates, Licences, Memberships:
    • Front Desk Agent Certification
    • Reservation Sales Agent Certification
    • Tour Director Certification
