Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or non-university diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene
- Feed or assist in feeding
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks
- Provide companionship and personal care
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Supervise 5–10 individuals
Working Conditions:
- Work setting in group home
- Must pass medical and background checks
- Physically demanding; involves sitting, standing, walking, repetitive tasks
- Fast-paced environment under pressure
Personal Suitability:
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Able to work with individuals with learning disabilities
