About the Position
The Vani Family is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to provide assistance in their home. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy creating a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Home Support Worker, your primary duties will include:
- Administering bedside and personal care to clients.
- Assisting clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
- Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Shopping for food and household supplies as needed.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
Skills Required
- Strong initiative and reliability in providing care.
- Patience and honesty when working with clients.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Additional Information
