Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the culinary operations of the kitchen.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Coordinate kitchen staff activities and scheduling.
  • Develop menus and manage inventory and food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Working Conditions:
