Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and refuse
- Empty trash cans and waste containers
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Contact contractors for establishment maintenance
- Perform minor appliance repairs
- Conduct safety and security checks
- Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
- On-site work only, no remote option
- Physically demanding tasks including moving heavy furniture and equipment
