Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Certification: Hairstylist Trade Certification
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze hair and scalp condition
- Cut and trim hair based on client instructions and preferences
- Provide customized hair and scalp treatments
- Shampoo clients’ hair
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses for coloring, frosting, or streaking
- Apply hair extensions
- Clean and style wigs and hair pieces
- Recommend hairstyles compatible with the client’s features and preferences
