Job Details:
- Location: Kingsville, ON (N9Y 2E5)

- Salary: $19.83 hourly
- Hours: 45 to 54 hours per week
- Employment Type: Term or contract, Full time
- Schedule: Morning, Day, Weekend
- Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily greenhouse operations, crop cultivation, and plant maintenance
- Manage operational schedules, monitor crop health, and ensure proper environmental controls
Working Conditions:
- On-site agricultural greenhouse environment requiring physical presence and weekend coverage
Personal Suitability:
- Strong managerial and organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
Eligibility:
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents of Canada, or temporary residents of Canada with a valid work permit. (Must be authorized to work in Canada).
