Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: Experience an asset

Job Responsibilities:
- Pick row and orchard crops, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, spray, and harvest crops
- Sort, pack, and examine fruits and vegetables for quality and market readiness
- Perform weeding and maintain a clean work area
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor farm and orchard environment subject to all weather conditions
- Fast-paced, physically demanding setting with tight deadlines and working under pressure
- Involves repetitive tasks, extended standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Requires attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- Heavy load handling required
