Requirements

Work Setting & Environment
- Fruit and vegetable farming (non-potato crops)
- Outdoor rural locations—wet, hot, cold, dusty, and odorous conditions
- Physically demanding and fast-paced

- Standing, crouching, kneeling, and walking for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Hoeing between rows and weeding
- Planting, irrigating, and cultivating crops
- Hand harvesting, sorting, and packing produce
- Operating farm equipment and vehicles (farm trucks, tractors, lift trucks)
- Detecting diseases in crops
- Assisting with product inspection, machine operation, and maintenance
- Cleaning and transporting materials and equipment
