Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
- Register guests and assign rooms
- Process group check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room reservations and cancellations
- Provide information on hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest departures, payments, and inventory tracking
- Follow safety protocols
- Perform clerical tasks (faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Assist guests with special needs
- Answer calls and deliver wakeup requests
- Ensure customer service standards
