Job Details:

- Salary: $48.36 hourly / 33 to 40 hours per week
- Hours: Full time
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Schedule: Early morning, morning, day, weekend; overtime available

Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Prepare layouts using measuring tools in compliance with building codes
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, steel, and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
Working Conditions:
- Environment: At heights, confined spaces, noisy, outdoors
- Setting: Construction, various locations, commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, roads and bridges
- Physical demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, standing, walking, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, tight deadlines
- Equipment: Hand tools, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles
- Transportation: Own transportation required
