Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
- Assign duties to sales workers
- Hire and train staff or arrange training
- Order merchandise and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
- Resolve customer complaints and supply issues
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
