Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop budgets; control food, beverage, and supply costs
- Evaluate daily operations; modify menu pricing and preparation methods to meet budgets
- Monitor revenues and labour costs; balance cash and prepare reports
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations; set staff schedules and train staff
- Conduct performance reviews; monitor staff performance and enforce liquor regulations
- Maintain inventory; negotiate with suppliers and clients; ensure health and safety compliance
- Participate in marketing plans; address customer complaints and provide service excellence
