Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Recruit and train staff to maintain high service standards
- Set staff work schedules to meet operational needs
- Supervise staff and monitor performance
- Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Provide outstanding customer service
