Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate food preparation staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety
- Estimate ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food and service quality standards
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
