Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage work schedules
- Supervise food preparation staff (3–4 individuals)
- Train staff in job roles, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate food and supplies needed
- Monitor food and service quality
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain records for inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Submit operational reports
