Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Asset Languages: Hindi, Panjabi
Job Responsibilities:
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate food preparation staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety
- Estimate ingredients and hire food service staff
- Ensure food and service quality standards
- Address customer complaints
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise 5–10 staff members
