Tim Hortons is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Red Lake. Known for our commitment to quality and customer service, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about the food service industry and ready to lead a team.

Salary: $18.00 hourly
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning, Morning)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in their job duties, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire food service staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food service operations.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on operational performance.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure timely service.
- Establish work schedules for staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service supervision.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Workplace Information:
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
