Job Details
- Employment type: Permanent, full-time
- Schedule: 35 to 40 hours/week — day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts

Requirements
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary school diploma
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Setting

Responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise food prep and portioning staff (3–4 team members)
- Train staff in duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage inventory for meal preparation
- Monitor food quality and service standards
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Maintain stock, sales, repair, and waste records
- Submit reports and prepare food order summaries for kitchen
- Oversee tray assembly and kitchen helpers
- Create and update staff schedules
