Job Details

  • Employment type: Permanent, full-time
  • Schedule: 35 to 40 hours/week — day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts

Requirements

  • Language: English
  • Education: Secondary school diploma
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise food prep and portioning staff (3–4 team members)
  • Train staff in duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage inventory for meal preparation
  • Monitor food quality and service standards
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
  • Maintain stock, sales, repair, and waste records
  • Submit reports and prepare food order summaries for kitchen
  • Oversee tray assembly and kitchen helpers
  • Create and update staff schedules
